岗位职责
1、Define industrial safety requirements & regulation for Schott Xinkang plants and offices. Selection, testing and updating of personal protective equipment and monitor the use of PPE.确定肖特新康工厂和办公室的工业安全要求和法规。选择、测试和更新个人防护装备，并监测个人防护装备的使用情况；
2、Check of the safety & environment aspects of new equipment, machine, device, new working method and define the operation regulation as needed对新设备、机器、装置、新工作方法进行安全、环境方面的检查，并根据需要确定操作规程；
3、Identify potential accidents and emergency situations and respective preventive measures and emergency plans.识别可能潜在的事故和紧急情况，以及相应的预防措施和应急计划；
4、Plan and implement training and other exercises for emergency team and all employees, including firefighting and evac-uation drills.计划并实施针对应急小组和所有员工的培训和其他演习，包括消防和疏散演习；；
5、Monitoring changes in laws, decrees and regulations from industrial safety and environmental matter.监测工业安全、环境等法律、法规的变化；
6、Investigate the causes of safety & environment accidents and define the corrective & preventive actions.调查有关于安全和环境事故的原因，确定纠正和预防措施；
7、Create, publish and implementing an EHS annual plan, scheduling and conducting monthly site EHS inspections and the meetings of the EHS committee.制定、发布和实施EHS年度计划，安排和执行每月的现场EHS检查和EHS委员会会议；
8、Advice ergonomics to promote an occupational health working environment.对促进职业健康工作环境的工效学提出建议；
9、Monitoring the execution of the EHS requirement in workshop and office area.监控车间和办公区域EHS要求的执行情况；
10、EHS performance summary and reportEHS绩效总结及报告；
11、Support and take an important role in EHS/ISO14000/45000/IMSU system set-up and responsible for system daily支持EHS/ISO14000/45000/IMSU系统的建立并在系统的日常运行中负起重要责任。

任职要求
1、Holds a bachelor degree in EHS management, electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent拥有EHS管理、电气/机械工程或相关专业的学士学位；
2、3+ years working experience in EHS management in manufacturing companies3年以上制造企业EHS管理经验；
3、Familiar with plant mini-fire-flighting system and sprinkler system熟悉工厂小型消防系统和喷淋系统；
4、Owns safety management, ISO14000/45000 certificates will be a plus具备安全管理能力，有ISO14000/45000内审员证书者优先；
5、Strong interpersonal skill, able to effectively communicate internally and externally较强的人际交往能力，能够有效的进行内部和外部沟通；
6、Good English communication skill and computer skill良好的英语沟通能力和计算机操作能力。
