岗位职责
• Pre-check sales contracts and service contracts before SD/GM signature, and the pre-check includes contract value, discount applied, purchaser’s background, terms & conditions etc.
对产品销售合同和服务维修合同等进行合同进行预审,并交由销售总监和/或总经理签字,审核内容包括合同金额、折扣情况、买方背景、合同条款等。
• CRM/SAP regular update and maintenance, includes partner/contact maintenance, visit reports upload, project entry etc.;
CRM/SAP系统的定期更新和维护,包括:客户信息维护、出差报告的整理和上传、项目信息录入等;
• To organize and push sales managers to finish tasks like following up AR, Backlog and open offers etc.;
组织和督促销售完成任务,如超期欠款追踪、库存情况跟进和报价情况跟进等;
• To assist sales managers in daily work, such as organization and coordination of customer visits and business trips, visit preparation, preparation for sales meetings, follow-up of team target fulfillment,
presentations etc.
协助销售经理进行日常工作,如协调客户来访及出差、拜访准备、筹备销售会议、跟踪团队销售目标实现、演讲准备等。
• Assistance in the preparation of sales/OI date, drafting sales documents, faxes and other correspondences.
协助销售经理准备销售/订单数据、起草传真、销售文件和往来通信等。
• Organize the half-year Customer Satisfaction Survey, and work out the survey result and make corrective/preventive actions;
组织半年一次的客户满意度调查,并进行整理分析和制定改进计划;
• Preparation of documents and English/Chinese and Chinese/English translations.

• Other duties & tasks assigned by Sales Director.

任职要求
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business English, Major in Electronic will be preferred;
本科及以上电气工程或商务英语专业,电力相关专业优先.
• At least 1 years related work experience in multinational company.
1年及以上外企相关工作经验;
• Be familiar with PC Skills, includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., be experienced of ERP/SAP will be preferred;
良好的计算机能力,包括Word,Excel, PowerPoint在内的应用软件;有ERP/SAP经验者优先考虑;
• Excellent spoken and written in both English and Chinese.
良好的中英文口语及书面沟通能力;
• High responsibility and detail oriented.
高度责任心并注重细节;
• Open and good team work, strong interpersonal communication and coordination ability.
