岗位职责
1) This position requires a talented and flexible individual with extensive analog circuit design skills to design, develop, and release analog integrated circuits to market.
2) This role is involved in all aspects of the new product development process from feasibility, through specification development, circuit design and layout, silicon evaluation, and to final product release.
3) This position works closely with other functional disciplines such as marketing, test engineering, applications engineering, and new product development engineering to successfully bring new products to market.
4) This role is responsible for meeting design schedules, performance requirements, cost, and quality objectives concurrently.
5) This role provides support to internal and external customer to assist in design-in of the company’s products.
6) Able to travel occasionally as needed.

任职要求
1) MSEE or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of analog design experience with a semiconductor manufacturer.
2) At least 2 years of hand’s on analog design experience, with greater than 1 years in a power management related field such as AC/DC converters.
4) Proven track record of releasing products to market.
5) Sound knowledge of thermal management.
6) Excellent technical bench evaluation skills.
7) Strong device physics background a plus excellent written and verbal communications skills; English proficiency a must.
